A Simple Approach to Fitness
In an age where sitting has become as detrimental to our health as cancer, staying active is one of the most important things we can do for our health. Unfortunately, few of us have the resources, or time, for a full hands-on Personal Trainer at the gym. On average, a qualified Personal Trainer will cost $100/hour and you will need to meet with them one to three times per week. This cost can quickly add up, and leave those on tight budgets to weed through the overabundance of at-home fitness trends unfit to meet the specific needs of each individual. Here my goal is to blend the benefits of both worlds by creating a tailored approach to fitness planning with minimal need for the pricey hand-holding, and the promise of an accountability partner.
My Philosophy
In today’s world of modern technology and remote working, much of our natural movement has been eliminated. To combat this and balance our bodies, I incorporate three strategies into my fitness programs for all life stages and fitness levels; cardio—for optimal heart health, weight training— to protect bone density as we age, and flexibility training—to prevent injury. Keep in mind that your fitness program shouldn't be so strenuous that you risk injury, but it should be challenging. To that end, the program that you find the most enjoyable is the program you will stick to long-term. It is for this reason, I tailor each program to your specific needs and preferences. What’s included?
All plans begin with a free in-depth assessment. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor, I will craft your personalized workout program to your needs and preferences. Fitness plans include basic nutritional guidance, unlimited support and check-ins via email, as well as helpful tools, tips, and tricks for navigating your unique obstacles. Examples include, but are not limited to, motivation and mindset coaching, progress tracking, and goal-specific strategy guidance - it’s all up to your unique goals!
*Please note that, as this is an email-based program whereby we will not be meeting live, form feedback can only be provided if you share photos and/or videos from your workouts. While this is strongly recommended for your safety to prevent injury and help ensure progress, this is however entirely optional and based on your level of comfort. Photos will not be shared on social media or elsewhere without your written consent.

You have a solid foundation of fitness, but you are ready to bump up your game, and your results. Inclusive of everything in Level I plus biweekly program adjustments. Check-ins will be conducted based on your progress and goals.
