What is my commitment?
Although a minimum of a 3 month commitment is encouraged for the best results, all packages are billed month to month and you can cancel your membership at anytime by email prior to your next billing cycle.
How do you accept payment?
At this time, I accept payments by PayPal, Zelle and Venmo.
Are your services HSA & FSA eligible?
B.Well is now partnering with Truemed, an independent medical provider that determines if clients are eligible for HSA/FSA funding. If a client is approved, Truemed will issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), so that tax-free funds can be used to pay for personal training services.
Can I try a single session or do a one-week trial first?
At this time, I don’t offer single sessions or one-week trials. B.Well is built around a relationship-based coaching model that allows us to go deeper — not just quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. It takes a little time to understand your body, goals, and lifestyle so I can support you in a way that’s actually sustainable. That said, every package includes unlimited email support, personalized planning, and a flexible structure — so you’ll never feel rushed or locked in. And if something’s not working, I’m always here to adjust.
Where will we meet?
Welcome to the future! Our communication will be entirely through email. Gone are the days of difficult to schedule sessions with long gaps in between leaving you to feel completely on your own. Response times may vary but I aim to reply within 24-48 hours. Due to the sensitivity of timing, all weekly plan members receive same day priority email response.
Can other fitness platforms and programs be integrated into my plan?
Absolutely! Love your Peloton, yoga studio, barre class or other fitness program? Me too! Let’s work together to integrate what you love most into a more well rounded training plan.
