Healthy Lifestyle Services in support of
A Healthier, Happier, You
My Story
Hi, I’m Shay :)
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Wellness Coach, and an RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor with a specialization in virtual coaching.
In addition to my allied health certifications, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, where I spent my undergraduate years studying the human body and all its wonder in great depth.
I’ve spent my life curious and in pursuit of life-long wellness. It is for this reason that my career landed me in the pharmaceutical industry where there is an astonishing need for heart medications, particularly for ASCVD (atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease)—the #1 killer in the USA.
Taking everything I had learned until this point, with passion and a dream, I most recently pursued my MBA to acquire the knowledge necessary to start a business that would allow me to support others on a mission to improve their health.
Heart disease, while at times can be attributed to genetics, is largely preventable through making healthy lifestyle changes. As the founder of Bering Wellness, or more affectionately known as B.Well, I aim to raise ASCVD awareness, and support clients on their journey towards greater health and wellness.
My Mission
My mission is simple - Make it affordable, make it accessible, and make it for all.
Being healthy shouldn’t cost a fortune, and sometimes you just need a little extra help. My plans are affordably priced and flexible to meet every client’s needs.
As a working single mother, I understand how valuable your time is. That is why I created a program that is fully accessible on your terms. Our communication will be entirely through email. Gone are the days of difficult to schedule sessions with long gaps in between leaving you to feel completely on your own. My goal is to give you back the time you need to focus on your goals and your life, while keeping the door open to answer your questions as they arise.
B.Well is an entirely judgement-free zone. No one should ever feel shame for whatever life-stage or state they are in. We are all here with at least one common goal in mind— to achieve better wellness. Fall off the wagon once, twice, or 20 times…I’ve got you. The important part is, you get up and you keep going—because success is never a straight line.
