What is a Wellness Coach?
To achieve total body wellness, one must assess all four dimensions of wellness; spiritual, emotional, physical, and social.
A Wellness Coach, otherwise known as a Health Coach, focuses on total body wellness from a holistic approach. Often, wellness programs incorporate methods to increase physical activity, balance nutrition, improve sleep, increase energy, break bad habits, shift mindsets, and decrease stress. Regardless of the wellness program, the client is in the driver’s seat and the Wellness Coach helps to navigate change, partnering with the client to design solutions specific to the client’s needs and preferences.
